Is it a hit or a miss? here’s my take

Fantastic service from the staff made our stay a delight. Ski storage was super convenient after long days on the slopes, and our room was cozy and welcoming.

The noise from motor vehicles detracted from the overall atmosphere. navigating the transportation logistics upon arrival was a frustrating experience, especially with luggage.

Everything! Warm, welcoming staff, adorable quirky design, relaxing spa facilities!

Digging the funky decor and our Club room was spacious with a proper comfy bed. The bar was a lekker spot to chill after a long day on the slopes. Got a solid clean every day too, so felt nice and tidy all week.

Only downside was the brekkie felt a bit basic for a four-star, could've done with more variety.

Our stay was fantastic! The breakfast was good and tasteful, with all the essentials covered. The welcoming restaurant staff ensured we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our meals. The ski storage was super convenient, allowing us to easily access our equipment after a day on the slopes.

Perfect Family Getaway with Comfort and Convenience

Our stay was delightful! The ski-in/ski-out advantage made mornings effortless. Children adored the flexibility in dining choices, while the crunchy prawns were a standout. Proximity to ski school was a bonus, but guests should be prepared for the unique transport logistics of Avoriaz. Travel light!

Transportation logistics can be a real headache. expect to wrestle with horse-drawn sleds that make getting your luggage to the hotel a frustrating task. Many rooms feel smaller than anticipated, making it tough to manage ski gear comfortably. The dining scene lacks variety. the evening menu offers limited options, and gluten-free choices are nearly non-existent. expect a noise intrusion from vehicles despite being in a pedestrian-only space. Breakfast could use more attention as hot items often arrive lukewarm, and the mini-bar selections are sparse at best. Lastly, keep your ski boots warm in your room. the ski storage area doesn’t have heating, leaving you to deal with damp gear every morning.

The unique bar vibe struck me, and the warm, delightful staff made everything even better! the elevator was often busy. 😊

The outdoor spa area lacked proper monitoring, which could have enhanced safety for families.
